Tenant onboarding, billing, health, and time-boxed support access for Call Quality Lens platform staff. Every action is logged and reviewed.

Restricted to the Call Quality Lens home tenant. Elevated roles require PIM activation (MFA + justification, 2h max) before any action is permitted.

All access to this portal is audited - onboarding, billing changes, and support sessions are recorded and, where they touch a customer tenant, mirrored into that tenant's own audit log.
